Delivery Charges & Options
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times below are based on after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times with be longer during peak promotional periods. Please expect a delay of 5-8 business days during these times.

$10.00 for all orders under $50 (before shipping and handling costs)

Option two – Express Delivery
$15.00 for all orders under $50 (before shipping and handling costs)
$5.00 for all orders over $50
Express Delivery placed before 11am will be dispatched same business day. Orders are delivered within 1 business day from ship date to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and within 3 business days to all other locations.
Please note: Not all products are available for Express Delivery. Products that are not available for Express Delivery include - but are not limited to: Cologne (1.5ml, 9ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml), Cologne Intense (1.5ml, 9ml, 50ml, 100ml) and Scent Surround™ Room Spray.
Delivery Rules and Restrictions
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Jo Malone Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, you will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:
a) exercise your right of cancellation; and
b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a card with details to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Delivery Addresses
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that Australia Post has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode. P.O Box addresses are also accepted.
